Contents Summary
Lolita hates to smile. Kévin doesn’t know how to sell himself. Hamid doesn’t like bosses. They are twenty. They have no qualifications. They are looking for work. Over six months, the coaches of an employment consultancy firm are going to teach them the attitudes and language required to get a job in today’s market. The agency employees present job hunting as personal development and a professional project. The goals of the agency and those looking for work might be similar but teaching and learning the tricks proves to be difficult. Claudine Bories and Patrice Chagnard have crafted a topical and tragicomic film in which the customer is sometimes wrong. But the system is not right either. Through this apprenticeship, the film reveals the absurdity of these new rules of the game.
