Scope and Content (Abstract)
These records cover the general administrative work of the PHR in Bosnia, which encompassed all three of the Bosnia Projects, rather than any project in particular. The administrative records are divided into series as follows: Media and Publications covering newspaper clippings about the work of the PHR, publications produced by the PHR itself, and the publications of organisations associated with the PHR, such as the ICRC and the ICMP. Guidelines and Project Description which provided project description and training to staff working on the PHR projects, as well as describing the PHR to those outside the organisation. Affiliated Organisations which collects the records of organisations associated with the work of the PHR, such as the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Human Rights (BIM), the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), and the Office of the High Representative (OHR). Progress Reports which were produced on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by the PHR staff, detailing the work carried out over the stated period. Personnel and Employment dealing with the recruitment of new staff for the PHR, as well as personal details of the staff. Forensic Needs Assessment Project which involved issuing tenders to various companies for the supplies and equipment needed by the PHR, and the recording of everything purchased under the project. Correspondence and Memoranda which covered all issues generally relating to the operation of the Bosnia Projects.
