The principle of work is to organize assistance and support for those colleagues who are subject to infringement of rights and freedoms in their countries of residence. The story is told by Boris Shragin, candidate of philosophical sciences. Fragments from the speech of the chairman of the committee, physicist Joel Libovetz (the text is read by the announcer). Speech by mathematician and professor at the University of Pittsburgh Norman Zabursky (retelling). The professor is the first American scientist who came to the USSR on a scientific exchange and was expelled from the country. 3. The concept of the author of the book “The History of Dissent in the USSR. The Newest Period” Lyudmila Mikhailovna Alekseeva. The author's intention is told by the author.
