- Summary
- Rukan is the name of a Yazidi couple’s newborn child. Rukan’s parents were driven out of their country by ISIS terrorists and have found shelter in an international refugee camp. Filmmaker Hossein Jehani, an exiled Kurd, lends his voice in this film to the Yazidi’s of Shengal. The disturbing story he tells is juxtaposed with ISIS propaganda clips as found on YouTube and similar platforms.
