Summary

This documentary captures the human organ market from two angles. On one side, we see a Canadian woman who has a renal disease and must drain her kidney daily. She has money, but it's not helping her get a new kidney. On the other side, we see a penniless woman in India who is considering selling one of her kidneys. She is up to her ears in debt and sees it as the perfect way out.
