The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Russian writer and scientist Vladimir Bukovsky, author and diplomat Robert Conquest, U.S ambassador Leonard Marks, political scientist Peter Reddaway, journalist Michel Tatu and Director of the West German Federal Institute for East European and International Studies Heinrich Vogel are sitting at a conference table, and turning towards Chairman of Board for International Broadcasting Ben J. Wattenberg, who is standing at the far end. The table is covered with a white cloth and there are microphones, ashtrays, glasses, jugs of water and name plates on it.
