Scope and content (narrative)
This section contains a small amount of exchange of communication of the US Department of State during 1946-1947. The series focuses on three topics: the first part consists of messages on the relations between Hungary, the Soviet Union and the Allied Control Commission, the second part deals with the visit of the Hungarian delegation led by Prime Minister Ferenc Nagy to the United States. The third part provides insight in the exchange of information on the first Three-Year Economic Plan of Hungary.
