Besides the OMRI Daily Digest in English, a Russian-language version was launched in March 1995. The translation of the publication was done by the Moscow News Agency What Papers Say and all issues were available free both via email and on-line at the OMRI website. The series provides short reports, based on primary sources, on current events and developments in the former Soviet Union, Central and Eastern Europe, and Southeastern Europe.
