Contents Summary
Black Box was the first to report on the riots in Romania in December 1989. The first part of the compilation shows the fall of Ceausescu and the events of the revolution. It was on the same night that major József Végvári from the Ministry of Interior contacted a member of Black Box asking them to help inform the citizens of Hungary that their telephones are tapped, letters are opened, they are surveilled, and documents of the ministry are shredded on a mass scale. In the second part of the video magazine, there are four interviews with József Végváry. The first two were made before the Duna-gate scandal broke out, while the others after this information was made public.
