Besides miscellaneous letters and postcards, lists of packaged books sent from Hungary to London (mostly to György Krassó) can be found in the series. The collection also contains handwritten address lists of contact details of foreign persons and organizations that actively participated in the work of the Hungarian opposition movement. These include Hungarian intellectuals living abroad, journalists and international organizations. These lists may serve as a reference for research on the extensive foreign network supporting the Hungarian opposition movement, including the links to Frankfurt, Vienna, Stockholm and Amsterdam such as Kurt Reiniger, the director of the Foundation for the Support of European Intellectuals (Fondation pour une entraide intellectuelle européenne, FEIE), György Schöpflin, or the center of Amnesty International and editors of the BBC Hungarian Department.
