- In April 1986, Humankind was confronted with one of the greatest ecological disasters in history: a nuclear power plant explosion of unparalleled magnitude, the Chernobyl Disaster. Exclusion zones were set up to accommodate the survivors in surrounding areas. However, the inhabitants of the village of Dytiatky refused to integrate into an exclusion zone. The film visits Dytiatky 25 years later.
