Notes
The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Contents Summary
Several antennae in a field photographed from a distance. Cables are running between the antennae and to the ground. In the middle there are a few station buildings. In the background there is a line of hills. ORIGINAL CAPTION: Monitoring plant at Schleissheim, through its "electronic ears," listens to more than 50 Communist radio stations and wire services in the satellites, Soviet Russia and Red China. Lies and distortions are then corrected in RFE broadcasts. Proof of RFE's effectiveness is that the Communist press and radio have attacked RFE more than 7,000 times in the past 6 years.
